"Berzerker" isn't a keyword ability—it's a creature type (subtype), one of the rarer warrior-flavored types found on cards like Ball Lightning relatives and various red and Viking-themed creatures. By itself it does nothing mechanically; it only matters when another card references it.
The common confusion is mixing it up with the keyword action "berserk" or the card Berserk, which gives a creature +X/+0, trample, and destroys it at end of combat if it dealt damage. Berzerker the type has no inherent rules text. People also conflate it with "Berserker," but the official spelling on most cards is actually "Berserker"—double-check Oracle text, since typal cards care about exact wording.
In Commander, Berzerker/Berserker matters mainly for tribal payoffs—cards that buff or count Warriors or Berserkers. Outside a dedicated typal deck, the subtype is purely flavor and won't affect gameplay.
