What it does
Enmitic Exterminator is a creature card from Phyrexia: All Will Be One, not a keyword—it's a Phyrexian Insect with an activated ability tied to the oil counter mechanic. When it enters, it gets oil counters, and you can tap it plus remove an oil counter to give a target creature -1/-1 until end of turn. It's a repeatable removal engine, since you can add more oil counters or proliferate to refuel it.
The nuance people miss: the -1/-1 only lasts until end of turn, so it won't permanently shrink creatures—it kills X/1s or finishes off damaged creatures, but a 4/4 just survives. Removing the oil counter is part of the cost, so once you're out of counters, the ability is unusable until you reload.
In Commander, it shines in proliferate decks, where you can repeatedly top up oil counters and pick off small utility creatures, mana dorks, or tokens each turn.
