What it does
"Leap of Faith" isn't an official Magic keyword or evergreen ability—it doesn't appear in the comprehensive rules. It's the name of a specific card: a red instant from Unglued, Magic's first silver-bordered (un-set) release. As such, it's only legal in casual, un-set-approved games, not standard Commander.
The card itself has you flip a coin. If you win the flip, you draw three cards; if you lose, you discard three. It's a pure gamble with high variance, fitting the joke-set theme. The nuance people miss is that it's not a tournament-legal card and has no special rules text beyond the coin flip—so coin-flip support like Krark's Thumb interacts with it normally.
In Commander, you'd only see this in an explicitly silver-bordered or "anything goes" pod, where its swingy effect is played for fun rather than competitive value.
