What it does
Mark of Chaos Ascendant is a unique ability found on Be'lakor, the Dark Master, from the Warhammer 40,000 Commander decks. It reads: whenever one or more demons you control deal combat damage to a player, you draw a card and each opponent loses 1 life. Then, if you control four or more demons, you may sacrifice Be'lakor to search your library for any card and put it into your hand.
The nuance people miss is that the card draw and life loss trigger only once per combat per player, regardless of how many demons hit that player—it's "one or more demons," not "each demon." However, since it triggers per player, dealing combat damage to multiple opponents stacks the effects.
In Commander, it rewards a demon tribal or aristocrats build, turning every attack into card advantage and a potential tutor for your win condition.
