What it does
Multi-threat Eliminator is an ability word found on the Doctor Who card "Vislor Turlough" and similar designs—it grants escalating bonuses based on how many different creature types of opponents' permanents you've destroyed or interacted with that turn. In practice, it rewards you for dealing with multiple distinct kinds of threats (a creature, then an artifact, then an enchantment, for example) by giving you increasingly powerful effects as you clear each category.
The nuance people miss is that the effects trigger in sequence and require different permanent types within the same turn—you can't just destroy three creatures and unlock the higher tiers. Track which categories you've already satisfied, since repeating one won't advance you.
In Commander, it shines in interactive, removal-heavy decks. The multiplayer format gives you more varied targets across opponents, making it easier to chain through the tiers in a single turn.
