What it does
"Paradox" isn't a standard Magic keyword—it's not an evergreen or named ability word that appears in the rules. If you've seen it on a card, it's likely part of a specific card's name (like Paradox Engine or Paradox Haze) rather than a reusable mechanic.
The closest "paradox" effects involve untapping or extra upkeeps. Paradox Engine untapped your nonland permanents whenever you cast a spell, enabling explosive combo turns until it was banned in Commander for that very reason. Paradox Haze gives a player an additional upkeep, doubling upkeep triggers—great with cards that generate value each upkeep.
If you encountered "Paradox" as a supposed keyword, double-check the card text; you're probably looking at flavor in a card name, not an actual ability. When in doubt, read the full Oracle text for what the card literally does.
