What it does
"Somersault" isn't a real Magic: The Gathering keyword or ability. It doesn't appear on any official cards, and it's not part of the comprehensive rules. You may be thinking of a different mechanic, or this could be a made-up term.
There are some similarly-themed keywords worth noting. "Flip" cards (like Kamigawa's flip creatures) transform by rotating 180 degrees when conditions are met. "Disturb" lets you cast a card from your graveyard transformed. "Daybound/Nightbound" flips permanents between day and night sides.
If you saw "Somersault" somewhere, double-check the card's actual wording on Gatherer or Scryfall—it's possible it's flavor text, a custom/unofficial card, or a misremembered name. If you can share the exact card, I can explain what's really going on and how it functions in Commander.
