If you meant Surveil, that lets you look at the top N cards of your library, then put any number into your graveyard and the rest back on top in any order—great for graveyard synergies and card selection. If you meant Explore, a creature reveals the top card: if it's a land, you draw it; otherwise it gets a +1/+1 counter and you choose whether to keep or bin the card.
