Why is this card good?

Deadly Rollick is premium creature removal that's nearly mandatory in any mono-black or black-heavy deck. Unconditional exile is exactly what you want — it hits indestructible threats, graveyard-recursion engines, and creatures with death triggers without giving value back. The killer feature is the "without paying its mana cost" clause. Since you almost always control your commander, this is effectively a free instant-speed kill spell. That makes it a perfect interaction piece on combo-heavy or fast tables: you can hold up a counter to a winning attacker or a key combo creature without tapping out, then continue your own game plan. It's also fantastic in spellslinger decks via free-spell synergies (Storm, Aetherflux, etc.). Want it in: basically every black deck, especially control, midrange, and combo shells that value cheap interaction. When to skip: decks where your commander frequently dies or isn't on the battlefield — then you're paying four mana for a sorcery-speed-ish exile, which is fine but unexciting. Otherwise, near-auto-include.
