Why is this card good?
Enlightened Tutor is one of white's best tutors and a core reason it's stayed relevant in high-power EDH. For a single mana at instant speed, you find any artifact or enchantment — and the next-turn delay is real but often irrelevant when you're grabbing a game-defining piece.
The card scales entirely with your deck's targets. It's elite in combo decks that win off enchantments or artifacts (Enchantress shells, Academy/Urza artifact decks, or anything packing pieces like Rest in Peace + Helm of Obedience, Mystic Remora, or Necropotence). Stax decks love it to grab the right hatebear-style permanent — Smothering Tithe, Trouble in Pairs, Winter Orb. It's also great in voltron/Voltron-equipment lists fetching a key sword or Sunforger.
When not to play it: decks with few high-impact artifact/enchantment targets get little value — you don't want a one-mana "draw a slightly worse card next turn." It also can't fetch creatures, lands, or instants, so casual battlecruiser decks with thin enchantment density should skip it.
