Why is this card good?
Spectator Seating is one of the best dual lands in Boros, full stop. It enters untapped in any normal multiplayer pod (the "two or more opponents" clause is basically always true in Commander), giving you a true untapped R/W dual without the life loss of shocklands or the conditional restrictions of fastlands.
This goes in every Boros deck that values its mana base — which is to say, all of them. Mono-color fixing matters less, but anytime you're running both red and white, this is a free upgrade over taplands like temples or guildgates. It's especially nice in aggressive or low-curve Boros builds (Winota, Feather, equipment voltron) where tapped lands actively cost you tempo.
The only real "downside" is that it does nothing extra — no fetchable types, no untap synergies, no lifegain. But that's a non-issue; you want clean, untapped, painless fixing.
Don't bother in 1v1 Commander or duel pods, where it usually enters tapped. Otherwise, auto-include.

Count the number of opponents you currently have, not how many you started with. If your four-player game is down to you and a single opponent, the land enters the battlefield tapped.

If an effect puts the land onto the battlefield tapped, having two or more opponents won't untap it.
