Why is this card good?

Training Center is a near-auto-include in any Izzet (UR) deck, and the reason is dead simple: it almost always enters untapped in Commander. The drawback — "enters tapped unless you have two or more opponents" — is irrelevant in the format's default multiplayer pods. Since you'll virtually always face 2+ opponents, this is a strictly untapped dual land that fixes both your colors with no payment, no life loss, and no enabling for fetches required. It's effectively a "real" dual for free in your typical game. This wants to be in every two-color Izzet deck and any multicolor deck that includes both blue and red — spellslinger, Niv-Mizzet draw-burn, artifact storm, control, you name it. Tempo decks especially love a tapped-or-untapped land that's basically always untapped. The only time NOT to run it: dedicated 1v1 Commander (cEDH duels, French rules), where you'll often face a single opponent and it enters tapped. In standard multiplayer pods, just include it.
