Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets only Zada, copy that spell for each other creature you control that the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of those creatures.
Flood the board with creatures, then cast a cheap targeted cantrip or pump spell at Zada to copy it onto your entire team for free. You snowball card advantage with copied draw spells or generate a lethal swing with copied combat tricks. The deck wins by chaining spells into an overwhelming alpha strike or by drawing your whole deck and finishing with reach.
Explosive card advantage when copying cantrips across a wide board
Can generate near-infinite card draw and damage in a single turn
Cheap commander that snowballs quickly if left unchecked
Mono-red consistency and access to powerful token/haste enablers
Extremely board-wipe dependent—loses all value if Zada or your creatures die
Spot removal on Zada shuts down the whole engine
Needs a critical mass of creatures before spells do anything
Mono-red lacks reliable interaction and struggles against fast combo
Cheap board-wide haste that lets freshly made tokens attack the turn they arrive.
Add ritual creatures and rituals (Birgi, God of Storytelling; Pyretic Ritual) to fuel free-cast cantrip loops that draw and damage simultaneously. Prioritize cheap haste enablers and protection like Heroic Intervention-equivalent red effects (Boros Charm splash aside, lean on Deflecting Swat and Tibalt's Trickery interaction). Tighten the curve with the most efficient one-mana targeted cantrips and add a fast wide-token package so Zada is online by turn three or four.
