Why is this card good?
Bojuka Bog is one of the most efficient pieces of incidental graveyard hate in the format—it costs you essentially nothing. You're already running lands, and swapping a basic Swamp for this gives you a free graveyard wipe stapled to a tapland.
That ETB matters enormously in Commander. It blanks reanimator strategies, shuts off Muldrotha/Meren value loops, denies delve and flashback, and can wipe a Tasigur or Gravecrawler player's resources right before they go off. With a Crucible of Worlds or land-recursion package, you can replay it repeatedly to act as ongoing graveyard control.
Run it in: virtually any black deck. It's nearly auto-include because the opportunity cost is just "enters tapped."
When to skip it: if your own deck leans on the graveyard—aristocrats, self-mill, reanimator, Muldrotha—you'll often blow up your own yard, since it only targets one player and you'll be tempted to play it early. In those decks, color-fixing matters more than the symmetry trap.
