Whenever another Bear you control enters, choose one —

• Put two +1/+1 counters on target Bear.

• Target Bear you control fights target creature you don't control.

Ayula is a mono-green tribal deck built around the surprisingly deep pool of Bears (and bear-makers). Every Bear that enters triggers Ayula, letting you snowball +1/+1 counters or fight away threats. Flood the board with bears, pump them tall, and beat down or go wide with anthem effects.

Cheap two-mana commander that's hard to answer permanently and immediately impacts the board

Add a Cloudstone Curio loop with cheap Bears and cost reducers for a compact combo finish, and round out with Craterhoof Behemoth or Triumph of the Hordes as a go-wide closer. Improve the mana with fast ramp (Sol Ring, Nature's Lore, Three Visits) and protect Ayula with Heroic Intervention and Lightning Greaves.
