Fire Lord Ozai

Gameplan

Fire Lord Ozai is an aggressive BR midrange commander that turns expendable bodies into a pile of red mana every combat. Attack, sacrifice a fat creature for a burst of , then dump that mana into X-spells, reanimation, or his own activated ability to steal and cast opponents' cards for free. You grind value off sacrifice synergies while pressuring the board with an evasive or buffed Ozai.

Include reliable sacrifice fodder generators like Ophiomancer and Endrek Sahr, plus reanimation (Reanimate, Victimize) to recur the creatures you sacrifice. Top-end payoffs such as Bolas's Citadel and Torment of Hailfire convert Ozai's mana into wins, while protection like Lightning Greaves keeps him attacking.
