Gameplan

Build a wide, aggressive Human tribal board in Orzhov colors and beat down with anthem-buffed soldiers. Jirina costs only two mana, comes down early to disrupt a graveyard, and stays back as insurance—sacrifice her to protect your entire Human team from a board wipe or removal-heavy turn, then swing for lethal.

Upgrade Path

Add more anthems and token doublers (Anointed Procession, Coat of Arms) plus a Craterhoof-style finisher to convert width into instant kills. Improve the mana with fast rocks and dual lands, and lean into card advantage through Skullclamp, Welcoming Vampire, and Tocatli Honor Guard-style hatebears. For higher power, include Worldly Tutor/Enlightened Tutor to find finishers and sac outlets to maximize Jirina's protection trigger before a wipe.
