Gameplan

Kilo is a 3-mana hasty engine that proliferates every time it taps, so you want to tap it repeatedly each turn to snowball counters across your board. Build around planeswalkers, +1/+1 counters, charge counters, and energy, then crew Vehicles or use tap-effects to fire proliferate over and over. The deck grinds incremental advantage until your walkers ult, your creatures grow lethal, or an infinite proliferate loop ends the game.
