The Commander
When Minsc & Boo enters and at the beginning of your upkeep, you may create Boo, a legendary 1/1 red Hamster creature token with trample and haste.
+1: Put three +1/+1 counters on up to one target creature with trample or haste.
−2: Sacrifice a creature. When you do, Minsc & Boo deals X damage to any target, where X is that creature's power. If the sacrificed creature was a Hamster, draw X cards.

Gameplan
Make Boo every turn, pump him with the +1, then fling him with the −2 to deal massive damage and draw a fistful of cards. Recur Boo via the upkeep trigger and recast Minsc when he dies, grinding out repeatable burst damage and card advantage until you launch a single creature for lethal.
Strengths

Lean into proliferate and counter-doublers like Doubling Season and Hardened Scales to make the +1 lethal faster, and include fling-style payoffs plus protection like Heroic Intervention to shield your board from wipes.
