Moku is a cheap mono-red engine that turns your noncreature spells into aggression: cast burn, artifacts, or cantrips, pay , and pump Moku while giving your whole board haste. Flood the board with creatures, chain spells to grant haste and commander damage, and close fast before opponents stabilize. You're an aggressive spellslinger that wants to deploy threats and immediately attack with them.
Add fast mana and cost reducers like Jeska's Will, Birgi, and Ruby Medallion so paying Moku's is trivial and you can chain spells. Lean into a Underworld Breach or Krenko-style payoff for a deterministic kill, and round out the deck with efficient burn and card-draw bursts (Wheel of Fortune, Light Up the Stage) to fight mono-red's card-disadvantage problem. Trim slow value cards for proactive haste-enabled threats that pressure life totals immediately.
