Syr Carah is a mono-red spellslinger engine: fling burn spells (and her own tap ability) at players to exile and chain cards off the top of your library, snowballing into a massive turn where you draw your whole deck via damage. You build mana and cost-reducers, then unload burn that refuels itself into a lethal storm of damage.
Add more cost reducers and ritual mana (Goblin Electromancer-style effects don't exist in mono-red, but use Birgi, Runaway Steam-Kin, and rituals like Pyretic/Desperate Ritual) to enable longer chains. Pack copy effects (Twinning Staff, Fork effects) and X-spell finishers, then tighten the manabase with fast ramp like Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, and Jeska's Will. Cut weak filler burn for high-impact pingers and untap/extra-activation enablers like Thousand-Year Elixir to maximize her tap ability.
