Companion — Each nonland card in your starting deck has a different name. (If this card is your chosen companion, you may put it into your hand from outside the game for as a sorcery.)
When Lutri enters, if you cast it, copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Lutri is an Izzet spellslinger commander that flashes in to copy one of your instants or sorceries, then you grind value by copying burn, draw, and counterspells. You build a low-curve deck of cheap interaction and cantrips, develop a spell-doubling engine, and eventually point a copied damage or storm payoff at the table. Because the singleton restriction is trivial for a 99-card Commander deck, you get Lutri's flash-blink copy effect every time you can recast it.
Innate spell-copy generates free value every time you re.cast Lutri
Flash lets it ambush blockers or copy a spell at instant speed
Excellent in spellslinger shells loaded with cheap interaction
Cheap commander that fits aggressive curves and budget builds
Two-color Izzet means no ramp/removal access for artifacts and enchantments outside blue/red
The copy ability only triggers when cast, so reanimating or blinking it does nothing
Fragile body that dies to any removal, blunting repeat value
Lacks a built-in card-advantage or board-defense engine, can get overrun
