Why is this card good?

Dragonskull Summit is a workhorse dual for any Rakdos (BR) deck. The "checkland" condition is easy to meet: as long as you control a Swamp or Mountain — including basics, shocklands, Triomes, or anything with the basic land subtype — it enters untapped. By the mid-game you'll almost always have a qualifying land, making this functionally an untapped dual that produces both your colors. It belongs in essentially every two-color Rakdos deck and any three-color deck running black and red. Aggressive aristocrats, dragons, sacrifice, and burn-heavy lists all want untapped, painless fixing, and Summit delivers without the life loss of shock or pain lands. The one weakness: it's worst on turn one, since you rarely control another land yet. If your manabase leans heavily on fetchable nonbasics that aren't Swamps/Mountains (lots of generic utility lands), it can enter tapped more often than you'd like. Don't run it in mono-color decks or where you need flawless turn-one untapped lands — otherwise, it's a near-automatic include.
