The "legend rule" doesn't apply to tokens you control.
Whenever another nontoken legendary permanent you control enters, you may pay . If you do, create a token that's a copy of it. That token gains haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.
Cadric copies your nontoken legendary permanents for each time they enter, giving you temporary hasty clones that trigger powerful ETBs and attack immediately before being sacrificed. Build a deck stuffed with impactful legendary creatures, planeswalkers, and artifacts, then flicker or recast them to double up on value every turn. Find ways to keep the tokens around permanently—since the legend rule is off for your tokens—to snowball into a board the table can't answer.
Add more cheap, high-impact legendaries with strong ETBs (Dockside Extortionist, Ojer Taq, Solphim) and reliable blink enablers to maximize triggers. Include Sundial of the Infinite and end-step trickery to keep copies permanently, turning value into a lethal board. Tighten the mana base with rocks and ramp so paying repeated costs never slows you down, and add commander protection like Lightning Greaves to keep Cadric online.
