Gameplan
Rosa is a mono-white counters/lifegain engine that snowballs a single threat every combat into a lifelink-fueled monster. You pick an evasive or hard-to-kill creature, stack counters on it each turn, swing for life, and convert that life and counter accumulation into a closing punch. Play it as midrange Voltron or a counters-matter board that grinds out value while staying out of burn range.
Strengths
- Free, repeatable +1/+1 counter every combat with no mana cost, fueling both counters-matter and Voltron plans
- Reach plus lifelink makes Rosa and your team great defenders against fliers and aggressive boards
- Mono-white gives access to the format's best protection, recursion, and Wraths to rebuild after sweepers

Improve consistency with white's best ramp and card draw—Smothering Tithe, Esper Sentinel, Welcoming Vampire—and a tutor package (Enlightened Tutor) to find Heliod or a payoff. To push competitive, lean into a tight Voltron kill with double strike enablers or a Heliod/Walking Ballista combo for instant wins.
