Gameplan
Kopala is a mono-blue Merfolk tribal deck that floods the board with cheap merfolk, pumps them with lords and tribal anthems, and crashes in for lethal damage. Kopala's tax effect makes your team resilient to targeted removal, letting your invested creatures survive long enough to close the game. Curve out with lords, leverage islandwalk/unblockable evasion, and finish before opponents stabilize.

For higher power, lean into Kumena combos and finishers like Finale of Revelation or an overloaded Cyclonic Rift into a lethal alpha strike.
