Tuvasa the Sunlit
The Commander
Tuvasa gets +1/+1 for each enchantment you control.
Whenever you cast your first enchantment spell each turn, draw a card.
Guide
Gameplan
Flood the board with enchantments to grow Tuvasa into a lethal threat while drawing extra cards off your first enchantment each turn. You ramp into a critical mass of enchantments, protect Tuvasa, and either swing for commander damage or assemble an enchantment-based combo/value engine. The deck snowballs hard once card draw and enchantment payoffs come online.
Strengths
- Built-in card advantage and a self-growing commander in three colors
- Bant gives access to the best ramp, protection, and tutors in the format
- Enchantress payoffs create explosive, redundant card draw
- Can win via Voltron commander damage or grindy value engines
Weaknesses
- Commander damage plan is vulnerable to removal and chump blocking
- Tuvasa is fragile and a high-priority target before she's protected
- Enchantment-heavy boards fold to wraths like Back to Nature or Calming Verse
- Slow starts if you miss early Enchantress effects or ramp
Key Cards
- Enchantress's Presence — Doubles up on Tuvasa's draw trigger so every enchantment cantrips.
- Sterling Grove — Protects your enchantments (and Tuvasa via aura) and tutors for any enchantment.
- Sphere of Safety — With many enchantments out, it makes attacking you nearly impossible while you build.
- Greater Auramancy — Shroud for your enchantments and a hexproof-style shield for Tuvasa herself.
- Estrid's Invocation — Copies your best enchantment and triggers Enchantress draws repeatedly.
- Shielded by Faith — Indestructible aura that keeps Voltron Tuvasa alive through removal.
Upgrade Path
Add fast mana and protection (Mana Vault, Smothering Tithe, Swords to Plowshares, Heroic Intervention) and lean into low-cost Enchantress redundancy like Argothian Enchantress, Mesa Enchantress, and Eidolon of Blossoms. Tighten the curve with efficient enablers (Sol Ring, Carpet of Flowers, Setessan Champion) and decide between a focused Voltron kill or a Sphere of Safety + Approach of the Second Sun control finish to avoid wishy-washy midrange. Tutors like Enlightened Tutor and Idyllic Tutor make your best engine pieces consistent.

- Pillowfort/Control — Sphere of Safety and Propaganda-style enchantments let you durdle to a value win.
- Combo — Enchantment engines enable loops with cards like Enchantress draw plus Solitary Confinement or Aura of Silence locks.
