Alirios enters tapped.
Alirios doesn't untap during your untap step if you control a Reflection.
When Alirios enters, create a 3/2 blue Reflection creature token.
Alirios is a 3-mana mono-blue body that makes a 3/2 Reflection token when it enters — but it stays tapped while you control a Reflection. The deck leans on blink/flicker and recursion to repeatedly retrigger that ETB for a stream of tokens, or simply uses Alirios as a cheap mono-blue commander to anchor a control or tempo shell. You generate board presence cheaply, then close with evasion, tokens, or a value engine.
Add free or cheap repeatable flicker (Conjurer's Closet, Deadeye Navigator, Eldrazi Displacer) and clones to maximize ETB triggers. Lean into a token payoff package — Coat of Arms, Intangible Virtue, Cathars' Crusade — or pivot toward hard control with the best mono-blue counters and card advantage (Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora). Tighten your mana with fast rocks (Sol Ring, Mana Crypt) and add proactive win conditions like Thassa's Oracle plus Demonic Consultation if you want a more competitive build.
