Whenever you cast your first spell during each of your turns, exile the top card of target opponent's library and create a Treasure token. Then you may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost if it's a spell with mana value less than the number of artifacts you control. If you don't cast it this way, you may cast it this turn.
Cast a spell each turn to exile an opponent's top card, generate a Treasure, and ideally free-cast it once your artifact count is high enough. You're a value-driven Temur midrange/spellslinger deck that snowballs on artifacts and Treasures to chain bigger and bigger free casts, eventually overwhelming the table with card and mana advantage.
Generates Treasure and card advantage every single turn just by curving out
Artifact-count scaling rewards a heavy artifact/ramp shell and enables increasingly large free casts
Excellent in the best three colors for ramp, card draw, and interaction
Lets you machine-gun artifacts off the top, building count and chaining value.
Lean into cheap artifacts (Mana Crypt, Sol Ring, Signets) so the free-cast clause comes online early and stays large, then add fast Treasure makers like Dockside Extortionist and Jeska's Will. Tighten the curve so your first spell each turn is always meaningful, and add protection like Heroic Intervention plus tutors and a tight win package (e.g., a Treasure-fueled combo) to convert your inevitable advantage before the table stabilizes.
